유아교육과 신입생의 학업적 자기효능감과 대인관계능력이 전공만족도에 미치는 영향: 대학생활 적응력을 매개로 = The Effect of Academic Self-Efficacy and Interpersonal Skills of Early Childhood Education and Freshmen on Major Satisfaction: Mediated by College Life Adaptability

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 유아교육과 신입생의 학업적 자기효능감과 대인관계능력이 전공 만족도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고 대학생활 적응력의 매개효과를 검증하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 대상은유아교육과 신입생 541명이고, 이들을 대상으로 학업적 자기효능감, 대인관계능력, 전공만족도, 대학생활 적응력에 대한 설문을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 기술통계와, 상관분석, 확인적 요인분석, 구조모형방정식 모형을 통한 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 유아교육과 신입생의 학업적 자기효능감, 대인관계능력, 대학생활 적응력, 전공 만족도 간에 유의미한 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교육과 신입생의 학업적 자기효능감은 대학생활 적응력과 전공 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 유아교육과 신입생의 학업적 자기효능감과 대인관게능력은 대학생활 적응력에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 학업적 자기효능감과 전공 만족도 간의 관계에서 대학생활 적응력이 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 대인관계능력과 전공 만족도 간의 관계에서 대학생활 적응력이 완전완전매개하는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of academic self-efficacy and interpersonal skills of early childhood education freshmen on major satisfaction and to verify the mediating effect of college life adaptability. To this end, a survey was conducted on 541 early childhood education freshmen nationwide on academic self-efficacy, interpersonal skills, major satisfaction, and college life adaptability. The collected data were statistically analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling. The research results showed, first, that there was a significant correlation between early childhood education and freshmen's academic self-efficacy, interpersonal skills, college life adaptability, and major satisfaction. Second, early childhood education and freshmen’s academic self-efficacy were found to have a significant effect on interpersonal skills, college life adaptability, and major satisfaction. Third, early childhood education and freshmen's academic self-efficacy and interpersonal skills were found to affect their ability to adapt to college life, and college life adaptability was found to play a partial mediating role in the relationship between academic self-efficacy and major satisfaction. It was found that college life adaptability completely mediated the relationship between interpersonal skills and major satisfaction.
