아스퍼거 및 고기능자폐 소아청소년의 사회성 증진 요인에 관한 연구 = Asperger Syndrome, High Functioning Autism in Children and Adolescents: Factors for Social IQ Improvement

The purpose of this study is to search the effective necessary conditions preliminarily in social skills training for Asperger Syndrome (AS) and High Functioning Autism (HFA) in children and adolescents that have relatively late initial diagnosis. K-WISC III subtest measured children and adolescents with AS or HFA, analyzing changes in attention IQ, customary SQ, situation context SQ, including demographic factors, personal traits, therapeutic factors, and parental factors. The results suggest that 1) Children and adolescents with AS and HFA showed increase in situation context SQ in accordance to characteristics of IQ(VIQ-PIQ), and group social skill training showed improvement compared with individual social skill training. 2) Customary SQ similarly increased over time for both individual and group social skill training. 3) None of the parental factors including parent efficacy proved any contribution to SQ improvement. 4) Statistically, enhancement in attention IQ has no relevance to SQ improvement.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구를 통해 다른 자폐 장애에 비해 상대적으로 최초 진단 연령이 늦은 아스퍼거(AS) 및 고기능자폐(HFA) 소아청소년을 위한 효과적인 사회성 치료의 필요조건들을 예비적으로 탐색하고자 한다. 이를 위해 인천 소재 소아정신과에서 AS 및 HFA로 진단된 소아청소년을 대상으로 주의력과 관습적 사회성 및 상황 맥락적 사회성의 동태적 변화를 K-WISC III 소검사를 통해 분석하였다. 아울러 인구통계학적 요인 및 아동의 특성, 치료요인, 그리고 부모요인을 함께 고려해보았다. 주요 결과는 1) AS 및 HFA 소아청소년의 지능특성(VIQ-PIQ)에 따라 상황맥락적 사회성 증가의 차이를 보였으며, 상황맥락적 사회성은 개별치료에 비해 집단치료의 경우 증가치가 유의하게 높았다. 2) 관습적 사회성은 개별치료와 집단치료 모두 시기에 따른 유의한 증가를 보였다. 3) 부모 효능감을 포함한 부모요인은 사회성 증진과의 관련성에서 입증된 바가 없었으며 4) 주의력 개선과 사회성 증진 간의 관련성은 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다.
