      This study was carried out to evaluate the comparison of antioxidant activity and antioxidant
      components between yellow color corn and red corn color. For the antioxidant activities, a chemiluminometer
      and nitrite scavenging activity were used. Also, antioxidant components were analyzed by total phenolic
      content, carotenoid content and anthocyanin content. Between inbred lines of yellow color corns and red
      color waxy corns, the antioxidant activity and components showed various results. Nitrite scavenging activity
      of yellow color and red color corn at various pH levels (pH 1.2, 4.2, 6.0) was decreased by pH 1.2,
      6.0, and 4.2. Antioxidant activity used by chemiluminometer ranged from 85.5 to 3.54 in yellow corn and
      from 94.3 to 24.2 in red corn.In total phenolic content, some lines in red color corns showed the high antioxidant
      activities than yellow corn lines. The average total phenol content of yellow color and red color
      corn was 606.2 μg/g and 524.9 μg/g, respectively. Carotenoid content of yellow color corn ranged from
      230.8 μg/g to 34.3 μg/g. Anthocyanin of red color corn ranged from 0.53 μg/g to 1.59 μg/g.
