한국어판 정신건강 선별도구(K10,K6)의 타당화 연구 = Validation of the Korean Versions of K10 and K6 among Low-Income Individuals

국문 초록 (Abstract)

정신건강 측정도구의 부족을 인식한 본 연구는 전반적 정신건강 측정을 위해 개발된 K10과 K6의 한국어판을 개발하는데 그 목적이 있다. K10과 K6은 기존 선별도구와 비교할 때 문항 수가 적고 선별능력 또한 뛰어나 사회복지 연구와 실천을 위해 편리하게 사용할 수 있는 도구이다. K10과 K6은 서울시 OO구에 거주하는 재가복지서비스 이용자들을 대상으로 평가되었다. K10과 K6의 이상적인 절단점수는 각각 13점과 8점으로 나타났다. 절단점수를 13점과 8점으로 했을 때 K10과 K6은 모두 지난 1년간 정신과 치료 경험이 있는 조사대상자들의 76%를 선별하였다. 한국어판 K10과 K6을 적용했을 때 각 도구의 절단점수 이상을 받은 조사대상자의 비율은 각각 48.8%와 49.9%였다. 마지막으로 한국어판 K10과 K6의 활용가치를 높이기 위한 몇 가지 방안을 제공하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to develop the Korean versions of K10 and K6 which are mental health screening instruments. Compared with other screening instruments, K10 and K6 are brief and easy to use and have a good screening ability. The Korean versions of K10 and K6 are evaluated with low-income individuals residing in Seoul at the time of conducting this study. The Korean versions of K10 and K6 correctly identified 76% of respondents with having psychiatric treatment experiences in the past year. The specificity of the Korean versions of K10 and K6 are .63 and .62 and the optimal cutoff scores of the instruments are found to be 13 and 4 respectively. Cronbach`s alphs for the Korean versions of K10 and K6 are .94 and .91. This study provides some suggestions for improving the screening ability of K10 and K6.
