청소년이 지각한 어머니의 목표지향성, 자기결정성 동기 및 희망의 구조적 관계 = Structural Relationships among Perceived Mothers' Goal Orientation, Self-Determination Motivation, and Hope of adolescents

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to examine the structural relationship among mothers' goal orientation, self-determination motivation and hope of adolescents. The subjects of this study were 374 male and 449 female students, totaling 823 students at two high schools in G province. The instruments used in the study were mothers’ goal orientation, self-determination motivation and hope. As a result, mother's mastery goal orientation had a positive effect on intrinsic motivation, identification, and hope, but negatively effected on external motivation and amotivation of adolescents. Mother's performance goal had a positive effect on introjection and external motivations. Intrinsic motivation had a positive effect on hope, but introjection had a negative effect on hope. As a result of examining the mediating effect of self-determination motivation type on the relationship between mother's goal orientation and hope, mother's mastery goal had a positive effect on hope through the intrinsic motivation of adolescents. The mother's performance goal has a negative effect on hope through introjection. In this study, there were gender differences of mother's mastery goal orientation on identification motivation and hope, and mother's performance goal orientation on introjection motivation. This study is meaningful to examine how mother's goal orientation affects motivation and hope of adolescents.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 청소년이 지각한 어머니의 목표지향성, 자기결정성 동기 및 희망의 구조적인 관계를 살펴보는 데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 G지역의 일반계 고등학교인 남학교와 여학교를 대상으로 하 였으며 남학생은 374명이고 여학생은 449명 총 823명이다. 측정도구는 어머니의 목표지향성, 청 소년의 자기결정성 동기, 희망 척도이다. 연구결과 어머니의 숙달목표는 청소년의 내적동기, 동일시 동기, 그리고 희망에 정적인 영향을 미치고 있었으나 외적동기와 무동기에는 부적인 영향을 미치고 있었다. 어머니의 수행목표는 내사동기와 외적동기에 정적인 영향을 미치고 있었다. 내적동기는 희 망에 정적인 영향을 미치고 있었으나 내사동기는 희망에 부적인 영향을 미치고 있었다. 어머니의 목표지향성과 희망의 관계에서 자기결정성 동기의 매개효과를 살펴본 결과 어머니의 숙달목표는 청 소년의 내적동기를 매개로 희망에 정적인 영향을 미치고 있었다. 어머니의 수행목표는 내사동기를 매개로 희망에 부적인 영향을 미치고 있다. 본 연구에서 남학생과 여학생 간에 어머니의 목표지향 성, 자기결정성 동기 및 희망의 구조적 관계에서 차이가 있는가를 살펴본 결과 어머니의 숙달목표 가 동일시 동기와 희망에 미치는 영향, 어머니의 수행목표가 내사동기에 미치는 영향에서 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 어머니의 목표지향성이 청소년의 동기와 희망에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 구체적으로 살펴보았다는 데 의의가 있다.
