This study identifies key factors for building eco-friendly ports, and analyzes the priority of eachfactor by stakeholder group. Topic modeling was conducted using ESG reports from Korean portauthorities, sustainability reports from global terminal operators, and domestic news articles. Basedon the extracted topics, an Analytic Hierarchy Process analysis was performed. The results indicatethat eco-friendly port monitoring was the most important top-level factor. Among the sub-factors,eco-friendly ship operation, global terminal cooperation, and greenhouse gas emission regulationwere commonly prioritized. While academic experts emphasized regulatory enhancement, port usersprioritized government–regional–corporate cooperation. These findings suggest that differentiatedstrategic responses are needed according to stakeholder perspectives.
