4차 산업혁명시대 기독교대학 역할에 대한 교수의 인식 = A Study of Perceptions of Christian University Professors about the Role of Christian Universities in the Era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of the study is to identify how Christian university professors perceive the role of Christian universities in the era of the fourth industrial revolution and to explore the degree of perceived importance of factors derived by professors. To collect data using concept mapping, personal interviews with 17 Christian university professors were conducted on the role of Christian universities in the era of the fourth industrial revolution. 50 final statements were confirmed by classifying the interviews, and a concept map resulting from multidimensional scaling and cluster analysis was completed. The study result showed that the professors' perceptions of the role of Christian universities consisted of three dimensions and the sub-dimensions of seven clusters. The three dimensions are human nature, education content and method, and practice. The seven clusters for the sub-dimensions are human creation value education, future talent capacity education, community awareness education, interpersonal relationship and adaptive change education, selection and use of knowledge information, practice of Christian values, ​​and community resource provision. Christian university professors' awareness of the role of Christian universities was different from one another, but the four most commonly valued roles were human creation value education, future talent capacity education, interpersonal relationships, and adaptive change education. The study findings provide some insights and implications for the role of Christian universities in the fourth industrial revolution era.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 4차 산업혁명 시대 기독교대학의 역할에 대해 기독교대학 교수자들의 인식을 밝히고, 도출된 요인들 중 교수자들이 중요하게 지각하는 정도를 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 개념도 연구방법을 바탕으로 7개 기독교대학 교수자 17명에게 4차 산업혁명시대 기독교대학 역할에 대한 개인면접을 실시하였다. 면접 결과를 종합․분류하여 최종 진술문 50개를 확정하였다. 50개 진술문은 다차원 척도분석 및 군집분석을 실시하여 최종 개념도를 완성하였다. 연구결과, 기독교대학 역할에 대한 교수들의 인식은 인간본질, 교육내용 및 방법, 실천이라는 3개 차원이 도출되었고, 하위 영역으로 인간 창조 가치 교육, 미래인재 역량 교육, 공동체의식 교육, 대인관계 및 변화적응력 교육, 지식 정보의 선택과 사용 교육, 기독교 가치 실천, 지역사회 자원제공 실천이라는 7개 군집이 도출되었다. 기독교대학 교수들은 기독교대학이 수행해야 할 역할에 대해 각각 달리 인식하고 있었으며, 그 중에서 인간 창조 가치 교육, 미래인재 역량 교육, 대인관계 및 변화적응력 교육을 중요하게 인식하는 것으로 확인되었다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 4차 산업혁명시대 기독교대학이 담당해야 할 역할에 대한 성찰과 시사점을 제공하였다.
