국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅기술과 로컬거버넌스에 대한 개념적 논의 전개를 통해 와 u-로컬거버넌스라는 융합적 용어 제시와 함께 u-로컬거버넌스의 구현 모형과 전략 및 준비과제 등을 살펴보았다. u-로컬거버넌스의 모형과 준비과제들은 다음과 같다. 첫째, u-로컬거버넌스에 대한 비전 제시와 지방정부의 리더십 발휘 및 지역민의 공감대가 형성되어야 할 것이다. 둘째, 지방정부와 민간부문 그리고 주민과 NGO 등 지역의 모든 행위자들에 대한 역할과 기능이 명확히 설정되어야 할 것이다. 셋째, 민주성과 효율성의 조화 문제가 고려되어야 할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is examined a ULG modeling, its strategy and Readiness with the conception of 　u-local governance(ULG)　 through a conceptual discussion on ubiquitous computing technologies and local governance. A result of this study is following as; First, one come into being showing a vision about ULG and displaying leadership of local government and residents consensus. Second, local government, private sector, residents, and NGO are established obviously the role and function of theirs. Finally, it has to make a good match democracy and efficiency.
