60세 여성의 자기실현에 관한 협력적 자문화기술지 = A Collaborative Auto-Ethnography on a 60-Year-Old Woman's Self-Realization Process

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 60세 여성이 자기실현을 하는 경험에 대해 다루고 있다. 가부장적 사회는 성역할과 나이에 대한 차별이 만연하다. 본 저자는 이러한 사회에서 중년기 여성이 주체적이고 독립적인 삶을 살아가는 과정을 살펴보고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 대화자료, 일기자료, 회상자료, 면담자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과에서는 연구 문제에 따라 ‘여성으로서, 중년으로서의 어려움’, ‘지지받는 환경 속에서 학업을 지속함’으로 도출하였다. 또한 여성이기 때문에 자기실현의 기회가 좌절되고, 욕구를 인정받지 못했지만 그 욕구를 알아차리면서 가족들의 지지를 받고 학업을 하게 되는 과정을 나타내었다. 나는 그 과정에서 학업을 통해 즐거움을 얻고 내 삶에 집중하며 살아가는 경험을 하게 되었다. 이 연구가 중년기를 보내고 있는 여성에게 공감을 일으키며 의미 있는 자료가 되기를 기대한다.

This study deals with the experience of self-actualization of a 60-year-old woman. The purpose of this study is to examine the process of choosing a life as a counseling expert in order to live a subjective and independent life in a patriarchal society where discrimination on gender roles and age is unconsciously permeated. In this study, conversation data, diary data, recall data, and interview data were collected and analyzed. In the research results, according to the research problem, it was derived as difficulties as a woman and as a middle-aged' and' continues to study in a supported environment. In addition, since she was a woman, she was frustrated with her chances of self-realization and her desires were not acknowledged, but it showed the process of learning with the support of her family while recognizing her desires. In the process, I had the experience of getting pleasure from my studies and focusing on my life. We hope that this study will raise empathy for middle-aged women and become meaningful data.
