성범죄에 대한 진화심리학적 접근 = An Approach on the Evolutionary Psychology of Sex Offense

국문 초록 (Abstract)

최근 성범죄(특히, 아동을 대상으로 한)와 관련된 문제는 심각한 사회문제 가운데 하나로 인식되고 있다. 그러나 성범죄의 원인 및 대책과 관련하여 종래부터 많은 연구와 노력이 전개되어 왔지만 많은 성과를 거두지는 못하였다. 사실, 성적 욕망은 인간의 내면에 잠재해 있는 본질적 욕망 가운데 하나라고 할 수 있다. 그러나 모든 인간이 이러한 성적 욕망을 달성하기 위하여 성범죄를 저지르는 것은 아니라고 본다. 대다수의 사람들은 이를 적절하게 통제하고 있으며, 일부의 사람들만이 이를 억제하지 못한다고 본다. 이 글에서는 이러한 성(性)과 관련된 인간의 본질적인 특성을 진화심리학적 차원에서 접근하고자 하였다. 진화심리학은 다윈의 진화론에 그 기초로 삼고 있다. 다윈은 종래에 논의되어 온 진화론을 한 단계 진전시켜 크게 ‘자연선택설’과 ‘성선택설’이라는 이론을 제시하고 있는데, 이는 이후 프로이드의 정신분석학에도 적지 않은 영향을 미쳤다. 자연선택설과 성선택설은 인간이 ‘생존과 번식’이라는 가장 본질적인 목적을 위해 환경에 적응하면서 진화했다는 것을 핵심으로 한다. 이 연구에서 다루고자 하는 것은 특히 성선택설을 중심으로 한 것이며, 이를 토대로 남녀 간에 배우자(또는 성적 파트너) 선택에 있어서 일정한 차이가 있다는 것을 제시하고자 하였다. 성범죄라는 것은 성과 관련하여 특히 남성이 여성에게 강제적으로 저지르는 것을 의미한다. 이러한 성범죄문제는 남성의 단기적 성관계 심리와 성적 대상에 대한 상대적 무차별성, 남성의 성적 대상에 대한 상대적 박탈감, 그리고 남성의 공격성과 관련이 깊다고 본다. 이러한 문제는 인간이 본질적으로 가지고 있는 리비도(Libido)를 적절하게 승화시키지 못했기 때문에 발생한 것이라고 본다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Recently, the problems which related the sex offense(especially, targeted a child) are recognized one of the seriously social problems. Many research and efforts has been developed about the causes and countermeasures of sex offense, but the performances are not meaningful. In fact, the desire of sex is one of the essential thing which lurked in human inside. But all human not commit the sex offense for the safe of sex desire. Most of people can control this desire, only but a few people can't control it. In this study, I would approach and discuss about the natural characteristics of human which are related to the sex in the context of Evolutionary Psychology. Evolutionary Psychology based the ‘Evolutionary Theory’ of C. Darwin. Darwin suggested two theories, the theory of natural selection and the theory of sexual selection which updated the Evolutionary Theory that had been discussed. This had drastic effects to the Freudianism(Psychoanalysis). The two theories have the core that human being has evolve for ‘the survival and breeding’ which are the essential goals adjust to the environment. To focus on in this study, especially about the theory of sexual selection, based this, I would suggest that there are a certain differences over the choice of spouse between man and woman. The sex offense means that man's compulsory sex behavior to woman. In summary, the sex offense are deeply involved the extemporaneous sex psychology of man and indiscrimination of sex partner, the relative deprivation of sex partner, and the aggressiveness. In addition, I can say that the sex offenders are in a state that the Libido which human has naturally are not sublimate appropriately.
