‘상대적 박탈감’과 사회갈등: 중국의 조화사회건설 노력과 과제 = Relative Deprivation and Social Conflict: the Building of a Harmonious Society in China

From the social conflict theory perspective, this article analyzes the difficulties that China encountered in transition period of China`s construction of a harmonious society. In sum, the social structure changes and the reform of the system are the main reasons for conflict of interest. So this paper presents the following suggestions: First of all, we should find a balanced point between fairness and efficiency, the requirements of social justice should adapt to the social development in China`s current stage secondly, we should further deepen political restructuring, establish and improve the public opinion expression mechanism and communication mechanism; Finally, change the ways of thinking, deepen the reform of conflict management mechanism.
