As industrialization and urbanization began in the 1980s and the large-scale housing development intiated, the residential conditions and living facilities developed dramatically in the new towns and new districts of the city. In contrast to the phenomenon, the old city center declined sharply due to changes in industrial structure, reckless expansion of cities, population reduction, and poor living conditions.
