치료 저항성 환청에 대한 인지행동치료 효과

국문 초록 (Abstract)

정신분열병 환자의 일부에서 지속성 혹은 치료-저항성 환청을 보이는 경우가 있으며 이는 상당한 정도의 심리적 고통과 행동 장애를 일으킬 수 있다. 최근 치료-저항성 환청에 대한 경두개 자기자극법의 효과가 보고되면서 주목을 받고 있으나 그 효과의 지속성에 대해서는 의문점이 많다. 반면 인지행동치료는 보다 더 적용이 용이하고 지속적인 효과도 보고되고 있다.
따라서 치료-저항성 환청에 대해 인지행동치료를 시행한 두 사례를 보고하고자 한다

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Persistent or treatment-resistant auditory hallucination, causing significant distress and
disturbing behavior, can be seen in some of patients with schizophrenia, Recently,
encouraging results have been reported with the use of transcranial magnetic stimulation in
patients with treatment-resistant auditory hallucination. However, durability of its effect is
still questionable. On the other hand, cognitive-behavioral therapy is more easy to use and
its long-term effect has been reported as well. Hence, we report 2 cases with treatment-resistant auditory hallucination using cognitive-behavioral therapy.
