회계정보시스템 성과에 영향을 미치는 사용자요인에 관한 탐색적 연구 = An Exploratory Study on the Users Factors Influence the Performance of Accounting Information System

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study examines preceding research about the factor which have an effect on successful construction of accounting information system and gives careful consideration to factor on which influence from user's point of information system. Through this, I try to develop, introduce and operate accounting information system on the basis of original intent and present research model which is great help to carry out demonstrative research.
The result of this study indicate that the relation of performance of accounting information system and factor which influence on accounting information system may differ or have correlation according to users' satisfaction to accounting information system, quality of accounting information system, degree of use of accounting information system which are performance variables. So, if the following study shows the significant result of between performance variables of accounting information system and influence factors, performance of accounting information system will be improved regarding to result of this study designing and operating the accounting information system.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 회계정보시스템의 성공적인 구축에 직간접적으로 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대한 선행연구들을 검토하고, 정보시스템에 대한 이용자 측면의 요인들이 무엇인지를 고찰함으로써, 회계정보시스템이 본래의 의도한 바와 같이 개발도입 및 운영될 수 있도록 하고자 하는데, 연구의 목적을 두고 있으며, 향후 본 연구를 기초로 한 실증연구가 수행되는데 있어 도움 줄 수 있는 연구모형을 제시하고자 하였다.본 연구 결과, 회계정보시스템의 성과변수인 이용자의 회계정보시스템 만족도, 회계정보시스템의 질 및 회계정보시스템의 이용도는 이용자의 영향요인에 따라 차이가 나거나 또는 상관관계가 있을 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구에서 제시한 연구모형을 통한 실증분석결과와 같이 성과변수와 영향요인 간에 유의적인 결과를 나타낸다면 회계정보시스템의 설계 및 운영 시에 이들을 고려할 때, 회계정보시스템의 성과를 보다 향상시킬 수 있을 것이라는 점에서 연구의 의의를 찾을 수 있을 것이다.
