      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

      The purpose of this study is suggestion of Half Fin Wall and to investigate differential displacement of lateral displacement under lateral loads for apartment tower-shaped type with flat plate system. Thus, this study analyzes the size of differential displacement and the behavior characteristics of the model using Midas Gen. This paper explained the change of lateral displacement and control of differential displacement by Half Fin Wall proposed in this paper and the lay out of two types about Fin Wall proposed in the existing study. It reviews the effective lateral displacement control strategies through displacement participation factors calculated by using the principle of virtual work. The results of analysis are as follow.
      For displacement of lateral displacement and lateral displacement of the models proposed in this study, it was found that show respectively a decrease of 35%, 7% compared with that of initial model.
