This study suggested a business model for changing paradigm of retailing market. The study reviewed the changes of retailing service in different countries. Through the suggested business model, we analyzed the cost and benefit to the company.
It has been increased to install the Off-site ATM and it showed that the retailing market tended to enlarge their service for customers. It may be extended other financial services such as loan payment. Retail market usually provide a place for installment of ATM but not managed direct service for customer's finance.
However, it is a starting point that a few advanced retailing market introduced to direct management of ATM and offer a finanical service to their own customer.
It needs to be better using cost-benefit analysis to enlarge those services before it has been applied for their marketing strategy.
