직업소명의식이 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향: 주관적 경력성공 조절효과를 중심으로 = Vocational Calling and Career Maturity Performance: Moderating Effect of Subjective Career Success

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

[Purpose]The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of vocational calling of college students on career maturity and subjective career success. This study aims to suggest that the research on occupational vocation of the past should be focused on specific subjects such as nurses, specific occupations such as social welfare, young people, general occupations and departments.
[Methodology]This study was based on the previous theories about vocational calling, career maturity, subjective career success. The hypotheses were analyzed using 4 year college students’ prior research.
[Findings]As a result of the study on the relationship between vocational calling and career maturity, the sense of work value and the sense of purpose among calling showed significant influence on Planning, independence, work meaning and work attitude, which are sub－items of career maturity. In addition, the moderating effect of subjective career success influenced the relationship between marital commitment and contribution commitment and career maturity among the sub－items of calling.
[Implications]This study suggests that the relationship between vocationa calling and career maturity, which is mainly studied for job－seekers, may be extended to various subjects in the future.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

[연구목적]본 연구는 대학생의 직업소명의식이 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향 및 주관적 경력성공의 조절효과를 실증하고자 한다. 지금까지 직업소명의식에 대한 연구가 간호사와 같은 특정 직업, 사회복지학과 같은 특정 학과에 집중되어 있는 것에서 청년층으로, 일반적인 직업 및 학과로 확대되어야 함을 주장하고자 하였다.
[연구방법]본 연구는 직업소명의식, 진로성숙도, 주관적 경력성공 등에 대한 관련 이론을 선행 연구하였고 이를 바탕으로 연구가설을 도출하였다. 4년제 대학생 대상 선행연구를 활용하여 가설들을 분석하였다.
[연구결과]직업소명의식과 진로성숙도와의 관계에 대한 연구 결과, 직업소명의식 중 직업소명은 진로성숙도 하위항목인 계획성, 독립성, 일의미, 일태도에 유의한 영향력을 발휘하였다. 또한 주관적 경력성공의 조절효과는 직업소명의식의 하위항목 중 천직의식과 기여헌신과 진로성숙도의 관계에 영향을 미쳤다.
[연구의 시사점]본 연구는 직장인 대상으로 주로 연구되어 오던 직업소명의식과 청년층 대상으로 주로 연구되던 진로성숙도와의 관계성을 밝힘으로 향후, 이들 연구가 다양한 대상으로 확대될 수 있음을 시사하고 있다.
