호텔레스토랑Chef의 진정성리더십이 조직신뢰 및 팀웍에 미치는 영향 = The Effect of Hotel Restaurant Chef`s Authentic Leadership on Organization Trust and Teamwork

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was to examine the structural relationships among an hotel restaurant chef`s authentic(AL) leadership, hotel restauran cook`s Organization trust(OT), and Teamwork(TW). For these purposes, the authors developed several hypotheses and collected data from 460 employees working at each hotel restaurant. A survey of cook who work for hotel restaurants, conducted for 30 days from June. 1, 2013 to June.30, 2013. The statistical packages of SPSS 18.0 statistical package were used to perform frequency analysis, reliability test, confirmatory factor analysis, and regression analysis. The result shows that among authentic leadership(AL) factors, Organization Trust and Teamwork have a positive impact.. the findings can be summarized as follows: First, AL had directly positive effects on OT and TW. Second, OT had positive effects on TW.
