상담자의 일반 상담역량, 다문화 상담역량, 성소수자 상담역량에 따른 잠재집단 분류 및 관련요인 검증 = Classification of latent group according to counselor’s general, multi-cultural, and LGBT counseling competency and verification of related factors

국문 초록 (Abstract)

목적 본 연구는 상담자들이 일반 상담역량, 다문화 상담역량, 성소수자 상담역량에 따라 어떠한 잠재집단으로 분류될 수 있는지 확인하고, 관련 변인들이 잠재집단을 분류하는데 유의한 영향을 미치는지 확인하기 위한 목적으로 진행되었다. 방법 학회홈페이지, 상담관련 커뮤니티 등을 통해 상담 관련 학부이상의 학위를 취득하고 상담 관련 기관에서 전문적으로 상담을 진행하고 있는 상담자 317명을 대상으로 상담자 발달수준 척도, 다문화 상담역량 척도, LGBT 내담자 상담역량 척도, 자기성찰 척도, 인권감수성 척도를 포함한 설문을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료가 몇 개의 상담 역량 잠재집단으로 분류될 수 있는지 확인하기 위해 잠재프로파일 분석을, 관련 변인 중 집단을 구분하는데 영향을 주는 요인을 확인하기 위해 다항 로지스틱 회귀분석의 방법을 사용하여 분석하였다. 결과 연구 결과, 상담자들은 일반 상담역량, 다문화 상담역량, 성소수자 상담역량에 따라 6개 잠재집단으로 구분되었다. 또한 상담자의 상담경력과 다문화 교육경험, 다문화 상담경험, 성소수자 상담경험, 자기성찰수준과 인권감수성 정도는 상담자의 잠재집단을 구분하는데 각각 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 결론 이러한 잠재집단 분류와 관련요인 검증을 통해 일반 상담역량, 다문화 상담역량, 성소수자 상담역량을 증진시킬 수 있도록 하는 상담자 훈련 및 교육의 필요성에 대해 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Objectives This study was conducted with the aim of examining which latent groups could be classified by counselor’s general, multi-cultural, and LGBT counseling competency and identifying whether related variables affect to the classification of latent groups. Methods To this end, a A questionnaire including the counselor development level scale, the multicultural counseling competency scale, the LGBT client counseling competency scale, the self-reflection scale, and the human rights sensitivity scale was conducted on 317 counselors who obtained an undergraduate degree and higher in the department of counseling and who are professionally counseling at institutions through the website of the society and counseling-related communities. Latent profile analysis was used to determine how many counseling competency potential groups the collected data could be classified into, and multinomial logistic regression analysis was used to identify factors affecting group classification among related variables. Results As a result, counselors were classified into six latent groups according to general, multi-cultural, and LGBT counseling competency. In addition, the counselor s counseling experience, multi-cultural education and counseling experience, LGBT counseling experience, self-reflection level, and human rights sensitivity influenced to classification of latent groups. Conclusions The necessity for counselor training and education to improve general, multi-cultural, and LGBT counseling competencies was discussed based on the results of latent group classification and factors’ verification.
