대학 태권도지도자의 신뢰와 조직몰입 및 팀성과의 관계 = The Relationship among Trust, Organization Devotion, and Team Performance of University Taekwondo Leaders

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In this study, to establish the relationship among Trust, Organization devotion, and Team performance of University Taekwondo leaders`, 230 university Taekwondo players were sampled through purposeful sampling. Data obtained through the sampling were analyzed through exploratory factor analysis, One-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis; as a result, this study drew the conclusions as follows: First, the study showed that an individuality of University Taekwondo leaders` was difference for Team performance among sex, Organization devotion and Team performance among grade. Second, it was indicated that trust of University Taekwondo leaders was statistically significantly affecting subordinate variables of Organization devotion (continuance-norm) and Team performance (game record). Third, the Organization devotion was revealed to function as a mediator on the relationship between leader-trust and Team performance. These results suggest that Taekwondo leader-trust, Organization devotion and Team performance of the previous studies based on empirical research were discussed.
