This study attempts to identify the factors related to academic achievement of KAFA cadets. In assuming that learning activity is a function of individual characteristics and environments, this study focuses on learner's affective factors and learrung environment factors. Specifically, this study investigates the relation of such factors as learning motive, learning habits, test anxiety and learning environments to academic achievement.
The data for analysis were collected from 418 Korea Airforce Academy Cadets by questionnaire.
