초등 사회 교과 ICT활용 교육에서 탐구수업과 연계한 자원중심학습 모형 개발 = The Development of Resource-Based Learning Model related to the Inquiry Teaching Method : A Plan of the Elementary Social Studies Instruction using the Information-Communication-Technology

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to develop a resourse based leaming(RBL) model for social studies education in which the information-communication technology could be most broadly utilized.
The first part of this study is to build a theoretical foundation for the relationship between Suchman’s inquiry model and RBL. As a result, this study provided a new instructional model in which students could perform an inquiry with various forms of resource provided with information-communication technology.
The second part of this study is to develop lesson plans and learning materials(CD-Roms) based on the instructional model.
The third part of this study is to test the effect of the new instructional model in the real classroom situation. Six classes were selected from fourth to sixth grade in an elementary school located in Seoul. The statistical analysis revealed that this model is effective in increasing students interest, motivation, and academic achievement.
This model turned out to be more appropriate to the higher grade students.
