Now, tropical rain forest is diminished 6000m² a second all over the world. It is too serious to tell that, Over 65 age old people who have skin cancer is 75 percent in the northeast Austraila by disintegrating Antarctic Ozone layer. That we are concerned to the surrounding of out side is because environment crisis, the peculiarity of problems is not interrupted district's boundary, accordingly we not only begin our enviroment protect but also concerned to the surrounding of outside. I think that the recognization of our pollution begins from judging our choice to live or not only earth. Namely the problem of environment crisis is not a boundary but earth problem and we must perceive that the time to alter the method we have lived is now no more than lated. Strictly speaking we do not attribute environment pollution to an enterprise or a government. It goes without saying that each of people awareness and our substantial thinking to abate pollution, life sewage and so on, are important.
With our recognization change, the government must check impormation sharing plans exhastively with citizen and enterprisers by open-mind and It is urgent to analyze total amount invested for environment protect in economic standard now. If an amount invested inspect, we can approach in quality the balance problem between growing and preserving through a national conferece. Simultaneously In order to solve adequately complications between the department concerned surrounding environment policys and to determine environment control policys whose standard the people request within our actual circumstances, the president and high dignitaries and official will alter the recognization of environment problem and the environment department must be going to grow environment protect groups' activity outwardly and utilize benefactors in a process to determine policy. Now we have a heavy responsibility to hand over clean nature to our descendent.
