미용전공자의 성취목표지향성이 학업성취도에 미치는 영향 -개인적 흥미와 상황적 흥미의 매개효과를 중심으로- = The Effect of Achievement Target Orientation of Beauty Majors on Status interest -Based on Meditation Effect of Personal Interest and Sensual Interest-

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to investigate correlation between human resource management and organizational commitment among beauty industry professionals and their effects on different variables and provide data that can help understand importance of human resources, build management strategy, and reduce the turnover rate in the industry by improving organizational commitment among employees, considering the high level of dependence of the industry on human resources. This study conducted a survey between May 2 and May 30, 2017 among beauty industry professionals, by distributing 350 copies of questionnaire. Excluding inadequate responses, 301 copies were used for the final analysis, which was conducted by using SPSS ver. 21.0 based on frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The result was as follows: first, regarding general characteristics of the subjects, the majority of them were working in skincare, with one to three years of experience, as a staff member, and earned 1.5million to 2.5million KRW as monthly income, on average.
Second, analysis of difference in human resource management and organizational commitment according to the working years and position showed that there was a statistically significant difference in competency and job security improvement according to the sub-factors of human resource management, and normative commitment, continuous involvement, and affirmative involvement according to the sub-factors of organizational commitment. Third, regarding the effect of human resource management on organizational commitment among beauty industry professionals, increase of involvement, competency, and job security, which are sub-factors of human resource management led to increase of normative commitment, indicating a positive correlation. The implications of this study were understood in terms of individual and contextual interests of the process of achievement oriented toward academic achievement and confirmed that interest in learning situations was an important explanatory variable in academic achievement.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 미용전공자들을 대상으로 성취목표지향성과 학업성취도와의 관계에 있어서 개인적 흥미, 상황적 흥미의 매개역할과 변수들 간의 관련성을 규명하기 위한 실증연구이다. 자료의 수집은 서울, 경기지역 미용대학과 대학원 재학 중인 학생들에게 자기기입식 설문을 진행하였으며 총 287부를 최종 분석 자료에 사용하였다. 자료의 분석은 빈도분석과 측정도구의 신뢰도 검증을 위해 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 또한 연구변수의 관계를 알아보기 위한 상관관계분석과 매개효과분석을 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며 매개효과 유의성 검증을 위한 Sobel test를 실시하였다. 분석결과 성취목표지향성은 학습접근목표, 학습회피목표, 수행접근목표, 수행회피목표의 4요인이도출되었으며, 학습접근목표와 수행접근목표는 개인적흥미, 상황적 흥미, 학업성취도간 정(+)적 상관관계를보여주었고 학습회피목표와 수행회피목표에서는 부(-)적 상관관계를 보여주었다. 독립변수로 고려된 성취목표지향성은 매개변수로 고려된 개인적 흥미와 상황적 흥미와 종속변수로 고려된 학업성취도에 유의한상관관계를 보이며 성취목표지향성의 학습접근과 수행접근이 개인적 흥미와 상황적 흥미에 영향을 미치고, 개인적 흥미와 상황적 흥미가 학업성취도에 영향을 미치는 완전매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본연구의 시사점은 성취목표지향성이 학업성취도에 미치는 과정을 개인적 흥미와 상황적 흥미의 관점에서이해하고 학습 상황에서의 흥미가 학업성취도에 중요한 설명변수임이 확인되었다.
