10 대 임신 청소년 개입 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초 연구 = A Study on Program Development for Pregnant Teen

Adolescent pregnancy is more serious than any other adolescent problems. Because it influences not only on adolescence herself but also on survival of fetus. The purpose of this study is to develop intervention program for the pregnant adolescences. In order to have real informations on experience of adolescent pregnancy, interview with five pregnant adolescent had been done. In the result of this study, it is suggested that following factors should be considered. For program development, following factors are suggested: For the first stage, reducing impact education for parenting are suggested. For the second stage, having an self-awareness of affective reaction to pregnancy controling the faced situation are suggested. For the third stage, encouraging self-reliance is suggested. For the direction of intervention, following factors are suggested: ① consideration of relationship between dynamics of the family of origin and pregnancy ② encouraging independence through experiencing smoothly pregnant process ③ not stimulating their guilty feeling on sexual experience ④ applying the feministic approach.
