지역아동센터 방과 후 무용활동이 초등학생의 신체활동 즐거움에 미치는 영향 = A Study on the Effects of Afterschool Dance Activity on Physical Activity Enjoyment of Elementary School Students

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 제 2차 아동정책계획의 실현 가능한 교육적 방법을 제시하기 위한 기초자료로써 방과 후 무용활동이 초등학생의 신체활동 즐거움에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 알아보는 데 그 목적이 있다. 위와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 경북 Y시 지역아동센터를 이용하는 초등학생 27명을 대상으로 2022년 9월 첫째 주부터 12월 첫째 주까지 12주 동안 무용활동 프로그램을을 적용하였다. 자료의 통계분석은 수집된 자료 주요 요인의 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하기 위하여 Cronbach’s Alpha 계수, KMO(Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin) 구형성 검정 계수를 확인하였고, 자료처리는 IBM SPSS Statistics 22 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 실험 전후 차이 검정을 위하여 대응표본 t 검정으로 분석하였고, 경로분석에서는 요인 간 관련성을 알아보기 위해 Pearson’s correlation coefficient로 분석하였다. 그 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 방과 후 무용활동을 경험한 초등학생의 신체활동 즐거움 검사에 있어서 자신감, 재미, 건강유지 및 미적체험, 협동심, 창의성의 5가지 하위 요인의 향상에 모두 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 방과 후 무용활동을 경험한 초등학생들은 신체활동 즐거움 요인 재미, 자신감, 창의성, 협동심 네 가지 요인의 상관계수가 높게 나왔으며 특히 재미와 창의성, 창의성과 협동심, 창의성과 자신감의 요인 관계는 정(+)의 관계가 확인되어 이들은 서로 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 재미와 협동심, 재미와 자신감, 자신감과 협동심의 관계는 부(-)의 양상을 보였다. 이는 재미와 자신감, 창의성의 요인은 협동심에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to understand the effects of afterschool dance activity on physical activity enjoyment of elementary school students as basic data for presenting the feasible educational methods in the 2nd child policy plan. To achieve the purpose above, a dance activity program was applied for 12 weeks from September to December 2022 to total 27 elementary school students using the community child center in Y city of Gyeongbuk. In the statistical analysis of data, the Cronbach’s Alpha Coefficient, Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) sphericity test coefficients was examined to verify the reliability of main factors in the collected data. The collected data was analyzed by using the IBM SPSS Statistics 22 Program. This study used the paired t-test for verifying differences before/after the experiment, and also used the Pearson’s correlation coꠓefficient for understanding relations between factors in the path analysis. As a result, the conclusions were obtained as follows. First, in the test of physical activity enjoyment of elementary school students who experienced the afterschool dance activity, it had positive effects on the improvement of all the five subfactors such as confidence, fun, health maintenance & aesthetic experience, teamwork, and creativity. Second, the four factors of physical activity enjoyment such as fun, confidence, creativity, and teamwork showed high correlations. Especially, the factors like fun and creativity, creativity and teamwork, and creativity and confidence showed positive(+) relations and causalities while the factors like fun and teamwork, fun and confidence, and confidence and teamwork showed negative(-) relations. Fun had no causalities with teamwork and confidence while confidence could not have causality with teamwork.
