문제음주로 인한 범죄행위의 실태와 대책에 관한 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

현재 우리나라는 음주에 대해 매우 관대한 나라가 되어, 그만큼 문제음주로 인한 범 죄행위의 증가로 사회문제를 가져오고 있는 실정이다. 하지만 여러가지 이유로 잦은 술자리로 인해 음주 중독으로 까지 번져가고 있는 원인은 너무나도 다양하게 나타나 고 있다. 또한, 음주에 대해 관대한 우리나라의 경우 문화가 다른 해외 사례들과 달리 음주로 인해 문제음주로 많은 사회적 문제를 가져오고 있다. 때문에, 문제음주는 범죄행위에 대하여 많은 부분을 차지하고 있는 실정이다. 그래서 문제음주로 인한 범죄 실태를 다양한 관점에서 알아보고, 또한 문제음주로 인한 범죄가 인체에 해롭게 미치는 약물과 같이 가져오는 해악들과 함께 살펴보고자 한다. 즉, 문제가 되는 음주의 개념, 중독의 개념과 함께 문제음주로 인한 범죄행위의 실태 를 살펴본다. 이와 함께, 현재 우리나라의 민간기관의 문제음주 예방 대책방안 및 형 사사법단계의 문제음주 발전방안으로 치료 및 대응방안에 대해 논의하고자 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Drinking in Korea is currently the country has been very generous, so drinking problem, a social problem due to the increase in criminal activity bringing in Korea. In addition, if the drinking culture in Korea for the generous Unlike other overseas cases due to alcohol drinking problem bringing many social problems. Problem, because drinking is part of a crime against the many in Korea. So drinking problem from different perspectives to investigate a crime situation, problem drinking is also harmful effects on the human body caused by drugs and crime as harm with getting discussed. In other words, the concept of problem drinking, alcohol poisoning caused by a problem with the concept of a crime to look at the actual situation. In addition, private institutions of our country's current problem drinking prevention and criminal justice measures levels of problem drinking measures development plan of treatment and discuss the countermeasures.
