자기결정 구성요소를 적용한 여가교육 프로그램이 발달장애 성인의 여가동기, 여가태도 및 자기결정력에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

연구목적: 본 연구는 자기결정 구성요소를 적용한 여가교육 프로그램이 발달장애 성인의 여가동기, 여가태도 및 자기결정력에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위해 실시되었다. 연구방법: 본 연구의 참여자는 만 18세~21세 사이의 발달장애 성인 20명(실험집단 10명, 통제집단 10명)으로 이 중 실험집단의 발달장애 성인은 주 3회씩 총 14회기의 자기결정 구성요소를 적용한 여가교육 프로그램에 참여하였다. 연구결과: 발달장애 성인의 여가동기 수준의 변화 정도에 있어서는 실험집단의 무동기와 외적 조절동기가 유의하게 감소되었다. 여가태도에서는 실험집단의 전체 여가태도 점수가 증가하였으며, 특히 정서적 태도와 행동적 태도가 유의하게 향상되었다. 마지막으로, 자기결정력 변화에 있어서는 실험집단과 통제집단 간 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 이러한 결과는 자기결정 구성요소를 적용한 여가교육 프로그램이 발달장애 성인의 여가동기 수준과 여가태도를 긍정적으로 변화시키는데 효과적임을 입증하였다. 결론: 자기결정 구성요소를 적용한 여가교육 프로그램은 발달장애 성인의 주체적 여가참여를 이끌며, 그들이 여가에 대한 긍정적인 태도를 가지고 여가를 즐길 수 있도록 돕는 하나의 방법이 될 수 있음을 보여주었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Purpose: The purpose of the present study was to examine the effects of a leisure education program based on self-determination on free time motivation, leisure attitude, and self-determination of adults with developmental disabilities. Method: Twenty adults with developmental disabilities participated in this study (10 adults in the experimental group and 10 adults in the control group). The experimental group received the 14-session leisure program. Results: Results indicated that there was a significant difference in the leisure motivation between the experimental group and the control group. In addition, it was appeared that there was a significant difference in the leisure attitude between the two groups. Lastly, the findings showed that there was no significant difference in the self-determination between the two groups. Conclusion: This study suggests that a leisure education program based on self-determination is an effective method to improve positive free time motivation and leisure attitude of adults with developmental disabilities.
