불교 유아교육기관의 운영관리에 관한 연구 = A study on the Administrative System of Nursery Schools Founded by Buddhist Institutions

A study on the Administrative System of Nursery Schools Founded by Buddhist Institutions.
This study has been focused on the analysis and assessment of the quality of nursery schools founded by Buddhist institutions. For this, the variables on the administrative system of these schools have been examined, and also considered with regard to the number of children and teachers, their school career, age, specialization and a kind of qualification of the head teacher.
Ninety-eight head teachers in these nursery schools have been selected to evaluate the administrative state of them. The tool for test developed by Kim Kyung Hwa has been used and data have been analysed with t-test, one-way ANOVA and scheffe-test.
The conclusions of this study are as follows.
Firstly, the states of management with regard to the size of these institutions vary with the number of children and teachers. The nursery schools with over 120 children are seen as better than those with under 40 children. Much more nursery teachers make the nursery school better. Head teachers' school career, specialty are not make sense but their career, age, and kind of qualications are make sense.
Secondly, the size of these institutions dose not make sense among them. The school career, career, age and the kind of qualification which the heads hold are not appreciated but their specialties are highly appreciated among of others.
Thirdly, the relation between management and appreciation of the importance of management is highly correlated. The correlation between finance and office management is the highest in sub-areas and that between parents and local societ is the lowest in sub-areas.
