    The recent amendment of Juvenile Act in 2007 made legal ground to found Juvenile Delinquency Prevention Center. However, the center in present has functioned the most part which Juvenile Classification Screening Center, not exist any more, had carried out except the role of referral. Consequently, the functions of the center present some questions whether the center could play a role as a center for juvenile delinquency prevention or not. Moreover, there would be possibility that getting the juvenile offenders participated in the program for delinquency prevention is infringement of human rights. In this respect, this study aimed to review and research the present condition, issues and future challenges of the Juvenile Delinquency Prevention Center.
