한국과 일본의 교원채용시험 제도 비교 = 서울과 도쿄도(東京都)의 중등 역사교사 채용을 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 최근 한국, 특히 서울 지역의‘공립학교 교원채용 후보자선고시험’과 일본, 특히 도쿄도(東京都)의 ‘공립학교 교원채용 후보자 선고시험(公立校員採用候補者選考試)’에서 역사교사 선발에 대한 시험 제도를 비교함으로써 21세기 우리의 교육을 선도해 나갈 교사 채용 과정의 현 시점을 진단하고 다음과 같은 특징과 시사점을 얻었다.
첫째, 일본은 우리와 달리 문제출제, 채용인원수 공고, 교원임명 등에 대한 모든 교원임용정책을 맡는 부서가 일 원화되어 있다. 둘째, 일본의 경우 교사 수급에 대해 예측하여 일정한 경쟁률을 매해 나타내고 있다. 셋째, 일본의 경우 한국과 비교하여 역사 교사에 대한 자질이 역사 전공에 대한 지식보다 채용에서 중요한 비중을 차지하고 있다. 마지막으로 전공문제에 있어서는 한국과 달리 역사교과교육학의 문제가 없고, 지리와 역사의 공통문제가 있는 것이 도쿄도 역사교사 ‘채용선고’의 특징이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to find out some points as belows which we can learn by comparing with Korea and Japan in terms of the teacher examination for the secondary public school. To clarify this, this article reviewed the questions of the examination for 2011 in Seoul and Tokyo concretely.
First, there is one system that only one department(敎育委員會) takes charge of making questions, announcement for the number of employment, appointment etc.
Second, there is a regular rate of competition in Japan in recent 3 years comparing to Korea.
Third, comparing to Korea, teacher qualification is much more important in the test of japan than knowledge of history The last, there are no questions about history education knowledge in Tokyo examination comparing to Seoul. Also it is one of the important characters that there are questions in terms of geology in Tokyo test for history teacher..
