노인복지시설의 컴플라이언스(Compliance) 활성화를 통한조직신뢰 증진방안 = An Improvement Strategy of the Organizational Trust through Compliance Activities of the Social Welfare Facilities for the Elderly

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this article is to propose the improvement strategy of organizational trust of the social welfare facilities for the elderly through compliance activities. To do this, we conducted to examine the relationships between the compliance performing and the organizational trust by utilizing t-test, ANOVA statistical method. The results show, there is a significant difference in the degree of organizational trust between the facilities of non- performing compliance and yes-performing ones. And overall, the proportion of performing the compliance is very low as we expected.
Based on these results, this paper suggested the following programs or activities: increasing of compliance performing rate, the establishment of compliance officer or unit, providing a way of private channels of communication between the staff and the top-ranking manager, the staff ombudsman system, the internal reward for the ethic behaviour.
This article, therefore, provides a stepping stone for developing more systematic management approaches for the trust-oriented compliance.
