지역사회중심의 청소년복지 서비스 탐색적 연구 = An Qualitative study for the Adolescent welfare service focused on the Local Community

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In this thesis, participation network factors about adolescent welfare practical among local community service organizations and individuals are deficed to obtain proper empirical bases for buikling systematic service network in BUSAN. The result about the analysis whether the problems and alternative of adolescent welfare practical is summarized as follows. Change of the problem type in the local community (28%), Comprehensive service approach(19%), The limited cognition and experience among the local organization and the professional(29%), the building of local participational network(24%). This study as a service network performed an additional verification on the adolescent welfare practical in the local community. And then to contribute the theoretical development of the network.
