초등학생의 개인비전 프로그램 개발 기초 연구 = A Basic Study on the Development of Personal Vision Program for Elementary School Students

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The aim of this study was to suggest processes for the creation and achievement of personal vision, which are requested to develop the personal vision program for elementary school students. To achieve this purpose, change processes, learning contents related to the components of personal vision, supporting components, and others, which were not proposed in earlier programs such as personality educations and consulting programs, were established through the review of precedent studies and case analyses. The obtained results could be summarized as follows. Firstly, self-understanding (possession, existence, perspective, motivation), value, goal, and calling were suggested as major components for student`s vision establishment. Secondly, 30 learning contents related to 8 components of personal vision were proposed. Thirdly, the processes for the creation and achievement of personal vision, which were interconnected to core processes, learning contents, supporting components and expected performances, were developed. The obtained results is expected to provide the direction of personal vision program development and guidance strategies for teachers and to help students establish personal vision as a change facilitator in their lives.
