의사소통 문제를 가진 중도장애아동의 가족을 위한 중재 및 지원전략 = Intervention and Support Strategies for the Families of Children with Communication Disorders

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 1990년부터 현재까지 이루어진 의사소통 문제를 가진 중도장애아동의 지원에 대한 연구 중 가족의 능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 부모 교육이나 가정에서의 의사소통교육의 효과에 대한 연구들을 고찰하였다. 연구의 목적은 의사소통 장애아동의 가족을 지원하기 위한 프로그램에 포함될 요소를 고찰하는데 있다. 아동의 의사소통 문제는 어머니를 포함한 가족 구성원 모두의 생활과 연관되어 가족 전체의 삶 속에서 어머니 뿐 아니라 가족 전체의 구성원들에게 어려움을 주게 된다. 이에 이들의 가족을 위한 지원은 아동이 가진 문제에 따른 개별적인 요구사항을 고려하여 개별화된 가족 지원 서비스를 제공함으로써 의사소통 문제를
해결 또는 완화시켜 주려는 노력이 필요하다. 본 연구는 장애아동의 의사소통 능력을 향상시킬수 있는 부모교육 프로그램의 중요성과 부모교육을 통한 가족지원의 방안을 강조하여 앞으로 국내에서의 부모교육을 통한 의사소통 장애아동의 가족지원에서 고려해야 할 사항을 제안하고 있다. 또한 부모를 대상으로 의사소통 관련 지식을 적용할 수 있도록 의사소통 중재 프로그램의 전략과 방법에 대한 내용을 제시하였고 아동의 의사소통 능력의 촉진자로서 가족 역할의 중요성을 언급하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study discussed the researches performed from 1990 until present about the intervention effects of parents education or communication instruction at home to promote the abilities of family of a child with communication disorders. This study aimed at considering the components to be included in the program to support the family of children with communication disorders. The children's communicative problem may give a difficulties to all family members as well as to a mother within the whole families' life.
Therefore, for the assistance to these families, it is necessary to make an effort to solve or moderate the communication problem by providing the individualized family assistance services after considering the individual needs accompanied by the child own problem.
This study, emphasizing the importance of parents' education program and the support plan for the family by parents' education service, suggested the points to be considered afterwards in providing the assistance services to the family of a child with communicative disabilities through a parents' education program within the nation. And it also presented the contents of communication intervention strategies and methods in order to apply the knowledge related to communication to the parents, and noted the importance of the role of family as a promoter for the communicative abilities of a child.
