노인일자리사업 참여노인의 직무특성과 주관적 안녕감에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Job Characteristics and Subjective Wellbeing of Elderly Participants in the Job Creation Project for the Elderly : the Moderation Effect of Participation

국문 초록 (Abstract)

노인일자리사업의 정책적 목적 달성정도를 확인하기 위한 하나의 방법으로써 근무지 직무환경이 참여 및 주관적 안녕감에 미치는 영향관계를 분석하고, 그 결과에 기초하여 미비한 분야의 개선, 제도적 보완 등의 중장기적인 제도적·정책적 발전방안을 마련해야 할 필요가 있다고 사료되었다.
이와 같은 연구의 결과 정신적 측면인 생활만족도 및 행복감 제고를 통한 심리적 효과를 위해서는 근로시간 및 근로강도 대비 급여수준 향상에 대해 주력하여야 할 필요성이 대두되며, 노인일자리사업의 경제적·신체적·사회적 참여를 높임으로써 생활만족도와 행복감을 증진시킬 수 있다는 결론을 가지게 되었을 뿐만 아니라 노인일자리사업을 수행하는 기관의 운영주체들은 참여 노인들의 정신적 안정을 위한 심리 안정 프로그램 운영 등 다양한 방안 도입이 필요하였다. 또한, 노인일자리사업은 신체적 취약상태에 있는 노인들에게 보편적 복지 차원에서 제공됨으로 생산성 제고를 위한 노력이 상대적으로 취약한 상태에 있다. 그러나 주요 선진국의 사례연구 및 고령화 사회에서의 노인연령층의 생산자원화가 필요한 시점에 있으므로 향후에는 체계적인 직업교육훈련, 노인취업의 당위성, 직업 안내 시스템의 개발 및 보급 등의 다양한 노인 일자리 정책이 마련되어야 할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

As a way to identify the achievement degree of political object of job creation project for elderly, it was regarded as necessary to analyze the influential relationship of how the work environment affects participation and subjective wellbeing and to provide an institutionally political medium-and long-term development plan such as institutional supplementation as well as improvement of incomplete field.
This study found it necessary that for a mental effort through life satisfaction and enhancing euphoria which are the psychological aspect, the rise of the wage level beside working hours and work intensity should be concentrated.
The study also found that by increasing economic, physical and social participation in job creation for the elderly, not only the life satisfaction and euphoria/happiness was able to enhance but also operators of these institutions performing the job creation project for the elderly needed a variety of plans to introduce such as running psychological stability program for mental stability of the elderly participating.
In addition, job creation project for the elderly is relatively in a vulnerable state of making an effort on productivity provision in regard of general welfare level for/of the elderly physically weak.
However, since case study of major developed country and production resources of old people age group in an aging society are in the point of necessity, various employment policy for elderly must be provided such as systematic vocational education and training, appropriateness of elderly employment, developing and supplying job guidance system.
