항만형 자유무역지역의 입주 요인 평가와 발전 전략 연구 = Evaluation of Tenancy Factors and Development Strategies for Port-type Free Trade Zones

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 논문은 항만형 자유무역지역의 입주 결정요인과 발전 방안을 분석하여 경쟁력 강화를 목적으로 한다. 자유무역지역의 개념과 항만형 자유무역지역의 현황을 소개하며, 주요 입주 요인으로 비용, 인프라, 정책적 지원, 시장 접근성 등을 도출하였다. 연구는 중요도-만족도 분석(IPA)을 통해 입주 기업의 요구와 현행 정책의 차이를 평가했으며, 특히 임대료, 물류 네트워크, 인프라 시설이 주요 개선 항목으로 나타났다. 정책적 시사점으로는 임대료 부담 완화, 인프라 확충, 금융 및 행정 지원 강화가 제시되었으며, 근무 환경 개선과 원스톱 행정 서비스 체계 구축을 통해 기업 만족도를 높일 필요성을 강조하였다. 결론적으로, 맞춤형 지원 프로그램과 스마트 인프라 구축 등 종합적인 발전 방안을 통해 항만형 자유무역지역의 지속 가능한 발전과 외국인 투자 유치 증대가 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

This paper analyzes the factors influencing tenancy decisions and development strategies in port-type Free Trade Zones (FTZs), aiming to boost their competitiveness. It introduces the FTZ concept and reviews the status of these zones, identifying pivotal factors like costs, infrastructure, policy support, and market access. Employing Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA), the study identifies discrepancies between tenant needs and existing policies, pinpointing rent, logistics networks, and infrastructure as key areas needing enhancement. Policy recommendations include reducing rental costs, enhancing infrastructure, and bolstering financial and administrative support. Furthermore, the paper suggests improving working conditions and establishing a one-stop administrative service to boost tenant satisfaction. In conclusion, implementing tailored support programs and smart infrastructure development can drive sustainable growth and attract greater foreign investment in port-type FTZs.
