BRIDGE 사업의 성공요인 분석 : 성균관대학교 사례를 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 전문가 지원 및 지식재산권 실용화 지원을 통해 대학의 창의적 자산을 고도화하고 창의적 자산의 기술이전 및 창업 활성화를 목적으로 하는 교육부의 “대학 창의적 자산 실용화 지원사업(BRIDGE)”을 살펴보고, 사업성과가 우수한 대학의 성공사례를 분석하여 다른 대학으로의 성과확산을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를위해 BRIDGE 사업 평가 최우수대학인 성균관대학교의 사업실적보고서 분석 및 사업관계자 인터뷰를 통해 대학의 기술사업화 성과를 높인 우수사례를 분석하였다.
분석 결과 성균관대학교는 BRIDGE 사업을 통하여 우수한 기술사업 성과를 거두었고 전담인력 확보, 창의적 자산의 분류 세분화, 사업화를 위한 BM 모델 구축 등의 다양한 지원, 적극적 해외 마케팅, 외부 네트워크를 활용한 교내창업 투자유치 등이 우수성과를 내기 위한 중요한 요인임을 보여주었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper seeks to examine the “university creative asset commercialization support project(BRIDGE)” of the Ministry of Education, which aims to enhance the creative assets of universities through supporting experts and the practical use of intellectual property rights, and to promote technology transfer and entrepreneurship of creative assets. Analyzing the success and failure cases of a certain excellent university, this study will help attempting to expand the results to other universities. This study focuses on analyzing successful cases in which the university's technology commercialization performance was improved through the analysis of the business performance report of Sungkyunkwan University, and interviews with project manager.
As a result of the analysis, Sungkyunkwan University achieved excellent technical business performance through the BRIDGE project, and various support such as securing dedicated personnel, subdividing the classification of creative assets, and building BM models for commercialization, active overseas marketing, and attracting investment for in-campus startups using external networks. It has been shown that this is an important factor for achieving excellence.
