The most influential variable on the overall satisfaction level of the public health center is the facility satisfaction And doctor satisfaction had a weak effect.In the case of hospitals, the facility satisfaction Also, the degree of satisfaction with doctors, satisfaction with medical expenses, and satisfaction with treatment environment were in order.
