스트레스 한계가 있고 사용조건에서 스트레스를 가하는 램프시험에서 신뢰수명분포의 최우추정: 대수정규수명분포의 경우 = Maximum Likelihood Estimation of Lifetime Distribution under Ramp Tests for Lognormal Distribution : The Case Where Stress is Bounded and Loaded from Use Condition

국문 초록 (Abstract)

가속수명시험은 제품의 사용조건 보다 높은 스트레스 수준에서 시험하여 제품의 신뢰수명을 추정하는 것으로써 스트레스 수준을 일정하게 유지하는 일정형시험이 일반적이다. 그러나 경우에 따라서는 시험절차의 편리와 시험기간의 단축을 위해서 연속적으로 스트레스를 증가시키는 연속형 시험을 사용하기도 한다. 이 논문에서는 일정 스트레스 s에서 제품의 수명이 모수 μ(s), σ인 대수정규분포를 따르고 수명과 스트레스의 관계가 역거듭제곱모형인 경우의 스트레스를 사용조건에서 가하고, 스트레스 수준의 최대한계가 주어져 있는 램프시험하에서 시험제품이 갖는 수명분포를 유도한다. 시험제품의 모든 고장이 관측될 때까지 시험하는 경우에 제품의 수명모수의 최우추정량과 추정량의 점근분포를 구하고, 최우추정치를 구하는 알고리즘을 제안하였다.

The common accelerated life test (ALT) consists of test methods applying a constant stress, higher than the use condition stress, to items. There are, however, situations for which a progressive stress ALT, in which the stress on a test item is continuously increased with time, is more convenient to perform testing and simpler in analyzing data than a constant stress ALT. When a product under constant stress s follows a lognormal distribution with parameters μ(s)and σ, maximum likelihood estimators of parameters involved in the model are obtained and their asymptotic distributions are derived under stress bounded ramp tests in which the stress is increased linearly from use condition stress to the stress upper bound. A simple algorithm for finding maximum likelihood estimates of model parameters is given.
