기초생활보장 대상 장애인의 근로에 대한 주관적 인식유형 : Q방법론적 분석 = Types of Subjective Perception on Work of the Beneficiary with Disabilities of the National Basic Livelihood Protection System: Q-methodological Analysis

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 기초생활보장 대상 장애인의 근로에 대한 주관적 인식유형을 이해함으로써 이들의 근로참여를 유인하기 위한 다양한 방안을 모색하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 Q방법론을 활용하여, 기초생활보장 대상 장애인 및 장애인 직업재활 전문가를 P표본으로 표집하였고, 장애인의 근로에 대한 다양한 의견 및 태도를 수집하여 33개 진술문으로 이루어진 Q표본을 구성하였다. 분석 결과 다음과 같은 4가지 인식유형이 도출되었다: ①제1유형 : 현실 적응(안주)자 유형-기초생활보장 수급권자로서의 생활에 적응한 유형, ②제2유형 : 적극적 구직자 유형-취업 의지와 노력이 적극적인 유형, ③제3유형 : 망설이는 소심자 유형-근로 의지는 있으나 두려움과 불안감으로 적극적 취업시도에는 주저하는 유형, ④제4유형 : 현실적 취업 회의론자 유형-근로의지는 있으나 취업을 통해 잃게 될 금전적 손해에 대한 부담으로 취업에 회의적인 태도를 보이는 유형

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to analyze the types of subjective perception of the beneficiary with disabilities about work. The Q-methodology was used for analyzing thesubjectivity of the beneficiary with disabilities. 33 Q-samples consist of opinions and attitudes of the beneficiary with disabilities about work, 54 P-samples consist of the beneficiaries with disabilities and specialists. As a result of the research, four types of subjective perception were identified: ① Unwilling type, ② Active Job-seeking type, ③ Hesitant Type, and ④ Skeptical type.
