土地情報論의 學制構成에 관한 小考

국문 초록 (Abstract)

현재 우리나라에서는 학계, 실무분야를 막론하고 ‘토지정보체계’의 개념은 혼동되거나 오용되고 있다. 그러나 때맞추어 토지정보체계론은 4년제 대학. 전문대학의 지적관련 학과에서 새로운 교과목으로 등장해야 할 시점에 있다. 따라서 그것의 필요성에 대한 논란의 단계를 넘어, 이제 그 교과목을 어떻게 구성할 것인가의 문제가 시급하게 되었다.
토지정보체계론을 구성하기 위한 선행요건은, 1) 범위 확정 2) ‘체계’의 개념 이해 3) 이론과 실무분야의 조화의 세 가지가 중요하다.
필자의 연구결과로는 토지정보체계론 구성의 몇 가지 대안이 제시될 수 있다. 본 논문에는 세 가지 제안을 하였는데, 그 중 이론과 실무분야를 공히 다룰 수 있는 통합적 전략으로 가는 방향이 적절하다고 본다.
그러려면 행정정보체계, 필지중심토지정보체계의 이론들과 지적전산 및 GIS기법 등이 동시적으로 접목되어야 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The concept of LIS( : Land Information System) is confused or abused in academic and practical field of cadastre.
But LIS is needed to develope newly as a curriculum in the Dept. of cadastral science of colleges and universities now.
So the theoretical composition of LIS curriculum IS more urgent. and is more important than any other dispute for it's necessity.
There are some prerequisite considerations to compose LIS curriculum theoretically as follows :
combinate theoretical and practical items.
It contains general PMIS, PBLIS theories and cadastral computation and GIS technics simultaneously.1) category fixation
2) understanding the meaning of 'system'
3) coordination between theoretical and practical(or technical) aspects.
As for my result of this study, some alternatives can be proposed to compose LIS curriculum.
Among about three alternatives, I suggest the integrated strategy to
