도시개발사업에서의 환경친화적 개발의 논리와 접근방법

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

There has been continuously issued on the practical ways of Environmentally Sound and Sustainable Development strategies in the process of urban and regional development works. But in reality of execution, it is very dificult to activate ESSD principle in the process of urban and regional development project.
In this context, this study aims to review the logics and prior conditions of environmentally sound and sustainable development principle, and to search for the actual approaches and meanings of ESSD strategies in the process of urban and regional development project. And subsequently, searching for the solutions and limitations of executing ESSD policy, this study gives some policy implications in the process of development works for the sustainable open society.
