      성인학습자들의 학습의 전이:기독교 대학생들의 교육현장에서의 적용 = Transfer of Learning: From the Classroom to the Educational Field

      This study examined the degree of learning transfer among Christian college students, majoring in Christian Education. A qualitative research design was employed. Fifteen college students were selected through a purposeful sampling procedure. Semi- structured interviews were conducted and the constant comparative approach was employed for data analysis. The major findings indicated that most students experienced the transfer of learning. The significant factors that facilitate and hinder the transfer were investigated. This study showed that the college students reported several changes in their lives as a result of learning transfer. Most students have used more active teaching strategies, including questioning, analysing the need assessment of learners, and listening to learner's voices. This change has elevated their self-confidence, resulting in escalated self-esteem. The outcome of this research may contribute to the design and implementation of instructional strategy in a Christian college and educational context to maximize the transfer of learning.

      4년제 대학교 기독교교육학과에 재학 중인 학습자들을 대상으로 대학교에서 학습한 것이 교육현장에서 어느 정도 적용/활용되는지에 대해 질적연구를 실시하였다. 15명의 학습자들이 의도적인 샘플링에 의해 추출이 되었으며 반구조화된 인터뷰와 계속비교방법에 의한 자료 분석이 이루어 졌다. 대부분의 학습자들이 학습의 전이를 경험하고 있으며 전이를 촉진하는 요소로는 교수자의 학습의 전이에 대한 강조이며 학습의 전이로서 학습자 본인뿐만 아니라 가르치는 교육대상자 그리고 조직에 긍정적인 변화들을 유발시킴을 알 수 있다. 대표적인 변화는 교육대상자들이 적극적으로 변해가며 가르치는 학습자들은 자신감의 증진으로 인한 자존감의 향상을 들 수 있다. 연구 결과들은 기독교 대학교와 기독교교육현장에서 성인학습자들의 학습 전이를 높이기 위한 효과적인 교수전략을 설정하는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.
