대학생의 경력 자기효능감 증진을 위한 프로그램의 효과성에 관한 연구 = Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Career Intervention for University Students in Terms of Career Self-Efficacy

국문 초록 (Abstract)

  대학생의 취업은 학생 본인 뿐 아니라 정부, 학교, 가정 등 다양한 사회적 집단의 이슈이다. 본 연구는 대학생의 자기 효능감이 취업준비 활동이나 성과에 영향을 준다는 경력 자기효능감 이론에 기반을 두고 대학생의 취업지원을 위한 구조화된 경력계획 및 개발 프로그램을 고안하고 그의 효과성을 살펴보았다.<BR>  연구 결과에 따르면, 본 연구의 경력계획 및 개발 프로그램에 참가한 대학생들은 참가 이전에 비해 경력의사결정 자기효능감과 취업자신감이 향상되었다. 또한 이 프로그램에 참가한 대학생들은 참가하지 않은 대학생들과 비교하여 경력의사결정 자기효능감과 취업자신감이 높았다. 따라서 대학생들의 경력 자기효능감을 높이도록 고안된 구조화된 프로그램은 질 높은 취업지원에 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구 결과의 시사점과 미래 연구 및 활용방안을 추가적으로 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

  This study examined the effectiveness of structured career planning and development program designed to help university students" employment by increasing their career self-efficacy. According to a self-efficacy theory, career self-efficacy is a key factor influencing career activities and performance.<BR>  The results showed that career decision-making self-efficacy and employment efficacy of university students were increased significantly after participating in the career planning an development program. Career decision-making self-efficacy and employment efficacy of university students who participated in the program were higher than those students who did not participated in the program. the career planning and development program will be utilized to support university students" employment. Further discussion was made in term of practical and academic implications.
