The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of dance sports training on changes in the bone mineral density, size of rectus femoris and Body Composition in menopause middle-aged women. The experimental subjects were classified into 2 groups: ① control group(n=10) and ② Dance sports group(n=10). Dance sports training was structured for 60 minutes, 5 times a week, for 8 weeks. The size of bone mineral density, size of rectus femoris, muscles amount and fat amount were measured before and after the dance sports training. The results of this study were presented as follows: In conclusion, dance sports training can effectively change the bone mineral density(*p<.05), size of rectus femoris(*p<.05), muscles amount(***p<.001) and fat amount(***p<.001).
