다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this article is to examine various approach about modernity and modernism on Korean literature up to recently. 1980`s study throw the accent on beyond North-Korea writer. Therefore study of modernism inquire into `fact` of literature history inclusive of private novel, artificial technique etc. 1990`s study investigate the concept of `aesthetic modernity` and modernist fictions in latter part of 1930 lies in relation to discours of modernity. This `aesthetic modernity` is construed to `criticizing social modernity` in some case, an aspect of deepening of modernity itself in other case. Besides particular property of Colonial period modernism is mentioned to `aesthetic resistance` or `aesthetic negation`. Ultimately the peculiarity of modernist literature is conceived by `hermeneutical horizon of the times` or `problomatique`. Therefore preconsideration as for inquiry of Korean modern literature is establishment of `general theory of Korean modernity` as constructive inner system.
