영업비밀 보호에 관한 법적 고찰 -일본의 논의를 중심으로- = The Legal study for the protecting of trade secret in Japan

Recently, the trade secret became the hot issue in the legal study. Because, the many workers who have learned the trade secret in their working place move their working place easily than past and then they provide their know-how or trade secret to their new working place. And that causes many legal problem by the infringement of the trade secret protecting. At this time, the company can control the trade secret with workers through the contact. But, it is not so easy and simple one. So they want to protect their trade secret as much as possible. Besides, the workers who learned the trade secret can move their company to overseas company. Therefore, in the point of comparative study on laws, we need to study and understand other country’s law for the trade secret. As a first step, this thesis is for the trade secret in Japan.
