한국 실직자 재취업 교육을 통한 중국의 실직자 교육방향에 대한 연구

The objective of this study is to present a guide for the unemployed training strategy in China based on experiences of the unemployed training Korea. To investigate the unemployed training status in Korea and properties of the unemployed in China, the survey and literature review were carried out. The 188 graduates of 9 courses among 21 education courses which were done by industrial education center of CNU from July in 1998 to now March in 2000 were analyzed. The results which were obtained through this study are as follows. 1) The unemployment trainings in Korea during last economic crisis from the end of 1997 have not oriented on the basis of unemployed needs. Therefore it was resulted in low reemployment rate. So it is likely recommend for the Chinese government that the unemployed training should be planned considering the actual industry needs. 2) It is desirable to check on the student roll more strictly. Some strict control method must be taken to decrease the degree of drop out rates. The higher the dropout rates means the lower the efficiency of training. 3) In oder to improve the efficiency of unemployed training the program should be implemented in cooperation with education system and pay attention to the job placement counseling on the students. 4) In general the Korean government had succeeded in the unemployment vocational training program, therefore the Chinese government also get a lot of hints from their successful experiences and apply the strategies when China implement such programs.
