비행청소년의 예방과 대책에 관한 연구 : 특히 부모의 역할과 관련하여

This thesis aims to know the roles of the adults who give the adolescents the most important efforts. These day felonious juvenile crime and pleasure-seeking culture have been a sharp rise with rapidly high technology, urbanization, and globalism. The changes of these rapid social structure have many different problems. Specially it is difficult for adolescents to make themselves self-perfection because the social patterns are changing a lot.
Modern society causes production many problems which are materialism and individualism. In the background of the proliferation of harmful juvenile environment there were the mushrooming of Western pleasure-seeking businesses and especially the surging of materialistic mormonism that aimed at attracting our juveniles as objects of profiteering. Regarding from what standpoint and in what direction a purification of harmful juvenile environment should be carried out I have reached the following conclusions.
First, the chapter two is for the adolescents' problems and juvenile delinquents. Patents should try to understand what their own children want, what problems they are agonizing over, how they pass their day. I concern about the parents' roles for the adolescents.
Second, the chapter three is for problems which are adolescents' family. Specially in this chapter I concern that the adolescents have the problems of the family, the school, and the social. I show you which problems and how to take place to the adolescents.
Third, the chapter four is for the effective countermeasures of the problems handled at the chapter three. This chapter is concerned about the developments of the family environment and the changing of the parents' educational viewpoint for their children. Specially I concern more deeply about the roles of the government for the adolescents who really need help from somebodies.
The last is the conclusion. In this conclusion the government, the school, and the family must have more interesting and efforts for adolescents. We live in the rapidly changing world. The adolescents are well adapted for the world however the parents aren't. So I concern about the needs of the education for the parents such as the council, the computer, and the informal educations.
Citizens' participation, the administrative authorities, business proprietors, and local inhabitants should build up a closer connection with one another to set up and overall reform measures against deleterious juvenile environment. Firstly I think that the family has the responsibility about the problems of the juvenile delinquents because the home is the primary place which can prohibit the problems of the those adolescents. Secondly the school has got the responsibility about them. However, it is not necessary to say who have the responsibility about them. We really need more interesting and love to them. I think that "the parents are the best teacher" and "the parents is the mirror of their kids."
